21* Days Challenge : Going Vegetarian
As I am in the process of settling down in a new city, nowadays I am eating out a lot and recently I realized that my diet contains more red meat that it should.
So I decided to try something that I was planning to try for a while : going vegetarian for ~ a month. I decided to do that yesterday and today was my first day on the new diet.
As there is no strict definition of vegetarianism, I’ll practice it by removing red meat and poultry from my diet. Everything else is allowed. We’ll see how it goes !
* This type of activities are more popular as 30 day challenges, especially after Matt Cutts’ TED Talk “Try something new for 30 days”, however more people argue that 21 days are enough to turn something into habit, “search” for “habit in days”. At the moment I am not aiming to turn that into habit, but, I have 21 days until I visit a new place where I want to taste wider range of foods.
